In other news, I am working out with an actual weekly plan for the next 5 weeks before summer kicks off. I am fucking sore as I type this right now. Taking a shirt off with completely shot arms is requires near godlike patience. I’ve spent five minutes bracing myself against a wall while trying to use my unresponsive arms to gently slip out of a long sleep Apple shirt. I have nearly 40 shirts from work, so ripping them wouldn’t bother me, although I do have a limited number of long sleevers, so it could be a problem, but not really, you know?
